I recently received my order for a kitchen table and chairs.
I would like to say that I was extremely impressed with how well the furniture was packed. There were absolutely no scratches or any problems with the table and chairs.
Secondly, I would like to comment on the delivery people. They were wonderful. they were polite and careful with taking the furniture into my home and setting up the furniture.

Just wanted to thank you again for the service I received in ordering my leather furniture from Furniture Outlet World. The only problem I had with the ordering online was with my debit card concerning the purchase limit per transaction from my bank. At the time you said "Oh," that won't be a problem. We'll get that taken care of. - and you did!! You called the bank and got everything authorized the next day. I received my furniture about 10 weeks later.
The delivery guys were friendly, professional and quick.
Most importantly, I absolutely love my furniture. It was exactly how the website & picture depicted - right down to the unique "antiqued" look.
Everything went smoothly and you guys were so nice. I would definitely order from Furniture Outlet World again and recommend it to all who comment on how beautiful my furniture is. Thanks again!!
